Quality Policy

At PCI, Quality and Productivity are the responsibility of every employee and not of management alone. Therefore the technique of Quality Circles is employed.

A three point Quality test is performed, right from the Material Procurement to the final delivery of the products.

  1. Testing of each incoming Raw Material Quality parameters with pre-defined standards.
  2. Testing of each intermediate.
  3. Testing of the final product batch before packing.

The Quality Policy at PCI incorporates a wide spectrum of activities that have led to it's success.
